Who Knew

If I told you that you could make yummy ice cream with just one simple ingredient, would you believe me?? It is true!! It is healthy and delicious, too!!

Take bananas and slice them into pieces. Freeze them over night. Put them in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!! I added a bit of honey to mine for some added flavor, but you could just eat it plain or add other toppings... nuts might be good.
